This is a method used in any type of organization, in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes and refers to understanding and continuously controlling of business processes.

We offer a 2 day interactive training session in order to familiarize participants with Business Process Management tools and techniques. Through the use of modeling tools, you will be able to perform simulations and analyze AS IS process (current business process state) and TO BE process (improved business process state)

We offer a 4 day interactive training session in order to familiarize participants with Business Process Management tools and techniques. Through the use of modeling tools, you will be able perform simulations and analyze AS IS process (current business process state) and TO BE process (improved business process state)

BPMN 2.0 SPECIALIST

 The awareness of processes and to what a process means become a more important aspect. Moreover, it’s critical that when the process is modeled, it can be easily read and understood.

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) represents a standard for business process modeling that provides a graphical notation for processes in a Process Diagram.

We offer a 2-day interactive training session in order to familiarize participants with BPMN 2.0 tools and techniques.

Benefits:

At the end of this training, the participants will gain the ability to create a right and well defined BPMN process diagram, and also to develop business process documentation using internationally accepted standards.
