Andaluza Boncu joined the Enviso team in 2021, bringing over 15 years of solid experience in project and programme management, operations, finance and customer experience, gained at multinational companies in Romania and Switzerland.
Certified as LSS Master Black Belt, Design Thinking Expert, Project Management professional and integrative NLP Coach, Andaluza is fluent in English and German. She has delivered successful projects in Romania, France, Norway, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Oman, the USA and the UAE.
Her distinctive specialisation lies in combining rigorous process excellence methodologies with coaching and NLP techniques, generating not just process optimisation but genuine mindset transformation within teams.
Educated in Economic Engineering in German, with a master's in Mechanical Engineering and a second master's in Integrative NLP.
