What is the difference between Lean Fundamentals and Yellow Belt LSS? +
Lean Fundamentals focuses exclusively on Lean tools and principles (waste, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, flow). Yellow Belt LSS combines Lean with Six Sigma and introduces the DMAIC methodology. Lean Fundamentals is better suited for organisations wanting to implement pure Lean; Yellow Belt LSS for those wanting to combine Lean with statistical data analysis.
