Constantin Stan

Constantin Stan is the founder and Managing Partner of Enviso, an international training and consulting company specialising in operational process improvement, with offices in Romania (Bucharest) and the Netherlands (Rotterdam).

With over 20 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, Design Thinking and Data Science, Constantin has led organisational transformation projects in Romania, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Oman, Hong Kong, the USA, the UAE and other countries.

He serves as Romania's representative for LSSIAP and CEE Director of ILSSI Cambridge — roles that reflect his international standing in the field. He has certified thousands of professionals at Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt level through accredited IASSC, LSSIAP and ILSSI programmes.

Founder of the proprietary AIM methodology (Assessment, Improve, Monitor) and the AI platform ADA. An engineer by training, with a master's in business and advanced Big Data studies at MIT.
