Gabriel Brătilă joined Enviso in 2021, following 21 years in multinational financial services spanning operations, PMO, IT and strategic planning. He combines expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation and governance into an integrated, pragmatic approach.
Certified as PRINCE2 Practitioner, LSS Black Belt and ITIL v4, and a graduate of the University of Bucharest, Gabriel believes in working smart — promoting a healthy balance between methodological rigour and operational pragmatism.
His speciality lies in aligning process improvement initiatives with organisational strategy, PMO structure and IT governance — bringing the integrated perspective of 21 years in financial services to every transformation project.
