Enviso Director for France · Rail industry & metallurgy · trainer at business schools
Jean-Hugues Bourgeois leads Enviso's activities in France, bringing over 20 years of top management experience to the team. He has held director positions in the rail industry and served as General Manager in metallurgy, overseeing 4 industrial sites across Europe — the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
In early 2020, he founded BJH Conseil, a consulting firm dedicated to the leaders of industrial SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs), with a focus on strategic analysis, operational performance, cash flow optimisation and continuous improvement.
He serves as a trainer at French engineering and business schools in areas such as international strategy, project management and Lean Six Sigma, and delivers certification programmes in French for companies and organisations across France and the French-speaking world.
Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through Enviso's ILSSI Cambridge programmes, Jean-Hugues combines a career as a top manager with a vocation as a trainer and consultant — a rare combination that makes him particularly effective with leaders and managers in French industry.
